Sign up for the FWP University!
By signing up for a membership with Foundational Wealth Partners University (“University”), you, herein referred to as the “Agent”, agree to the following non-compete terms:
- Restrictions on Alteration or Reproduction: The Agent acknowledges that all materials, content, curriculum, and other resources provided to them by the University are the exclusive property of Foundational Wealth Partners University. The Agent agrees not to alter, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or distribute these materials, in whole or in part, without the explicit written permission of the University. Any unauthorized alterations or reproductions may lead to the immediate termination of the Agent’s membership and could result in legal action.
- Non-Compete Obligation: For the duration of the Agent’s membership and for a period of twelve (12) months after the termination or conclusion of said membership, the Agent agrees not to establish, operate, assist, or become employed by any entity that offers a substantially similar curriculum or training program as Foundational Wealth Partners University within a fifty (50) mile radius of any physical location operated by the University.
- Protection of Intellectual Property: The Agent acknowledges that the University’s materials and content constitute valuable intellectual property. Any unauthorized use, dissemination, or appropriation of this intellectual property, beyond what is permitted by the membership, is strictly prohibited.
- Remedies: The Agent acknowledges and agrees that any breach or threatened breach of this non-compete clause may result in substantial, irreparable, and continuing harm to Foundational Wealth Partners University for which there may be no adequate remedy in money damages. As such, the University shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies it may have at law or in equity.
- Severability: If any provision or portion of this non-compete clause is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable for any reason, it shall be adjusted rather than voided, if possible, to achieve the intent of the parties to the extent possible. In any event, all other provisions of this non-compete clause shall be deemed valid and enforceable to the full extent possible.
- Attribution and Material Usage: If you choose to utilize any of our content, it is imperative to acknowledge FWP Financial as a partner. Proper credit to your partner is expected when using any designs or materials. In the event that your license expires, you are obligated to remove all FWP Financial-associated materials.
By clicking “Sign Up” or proceeding with the membership registration, the Agent acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this non-compete clause.
